Commission Process:
a. You must provide clear and, if available, referenced instructions regarding the desired artwork, including specifications.
b. I will provide a sketch for your review, allowing you to request up to five revisions during the sketch phase.
c. The non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full price is required up front before the sketch for commissions above 20$.
d. Full payment, minus the deposit already paid, is required before I proceed beyond the sketch phase.
e. I will complete the artwork according to the agreed- upon specifications and deliver the final version to you.
Revisions:
a. You are entitled to request up to five revisions during the sketch phase.
b. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be declined, based on my discretion.
Refunds:
a. If you request a cancellation after full payment has been made but before the final artwork is delivered, a partial refund may be issued.
b. The amount of the partial refund will be determined by me, based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
c. No refunds will be provided once the final artwork has been delivered to you.
Content Restrictions:
a. At no point will I create or draw any pornographic work, fetish work, or any other idea that I am uncomfortable with.
b. I reserve the right to decline any commission request that violates this content restriction or goes against my personal comfort
zone.
Intellectual Property:
a. I retain all rights, including copyright, to the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the artwork without my explicit permission.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the commission agreement if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
b. Termination by you after the final artwork is delivered will not entitle you to a refund.
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
